The material used(3M product) is very high quality. My old decal was bought here, over 6 years ago and It's been on our outdoor mail box(in Wisconsin) for all that time. My one concern with this product is the decal isn't one piece of material like the Norwegian flag decal is(purchased along with this one). When I started to apply it to our mailbox I was surprised when the gold turned out to be a separate piece from the rest of the decal. It took some effort to get the two parts aligned correctly and now I'm concerned that in the long term it may shrink and a separation may become visible.
