Returns Policy
Since all of our products are custom made to your design, color, and other specifications, we cannot accept returns or exchanges and all sales are final. If we made a mistake on your order, we will correct it and re-send it at no additional cost to you.
Please verify your configuration, design, and color before you submit the final order for processing.
If you find an error with your order, please click here to Contact Us and include your full name, telephone number, and order ID, along with what the error is. We will contact you for further information and make any necessary corrections to your order and re-ship it as soon as possible.
Shipping
Each week, we ship hundreds of packages to destinations all over the world. Our primary shipping method is USPS First Class with Delivery Confirmation. If you need your package faster, we also offer USPS Priority Mail.
If a package is returned to us, we are happy to resend the package, however there are additional shipping fee's we would need to charge.
