Since all of our products are custom made to your design, color, and other specifications, we cannot accept returns or exchanges and all sales are final. If we made a mistake on your order, we will correct it and re-send it at no additional cost to you.

Each week, we ship hundreds of packages to destinations all over the world. Our primary shipping method is USPS First Class with Delivery Confirmation. If you need your package faster, we also offer USPS Priority Mail.
If a package is returned to us, we are happy to resend the package, however there are additional shipping fee's we would need to charge.
